For the weekend I have bake some Chocolate Mini´s. They are also a very delicious and easy recipe
What you need
4 eggs
160 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
180 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons cacao
100 g butter
1 baking dish by Dr. Oetker
How to do
Melt the butter and let it cool. Then warm up the oven till 180 degree celsius. Then grease the Dr. Oetker baking dish with butter.
Beat the eggs until frothy and mix it with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix flour, baking powder and cacao and strain it over the batter and then mix it altogether. Put the batter in the baking dish and bake it 20 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

Und so gehts:
Butter zerlassen und abkühlen lassen. Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen und die Dr. Oetker Mini-Gugelhupfförmchen leicht ausfetten.
Eier schaumig schlagen, dann Zucker und Vanillezucker unterrühren. Mehl, Backpulver und Kakao mischen und über die Eimasse sieben und unterrühren. Dann die zerlassene Butter ebenso unterrühren. Den Teig in die Förmchen füllen und ca 20 Minuten bie 180 Grad im Backofen backen.
