Carrot cake


Hallo Ihr Lieben,
Zur Weihnachtszeit backe ich am liebsten – da werden nicht nur Plätzchen gebacken, sondern auch leckere Kuchen und Torten im „Weihnachtsdesign“. Klassiches Rot als Deko sieht einfach immer gemütlich aus, obwohl ich wie ihr sicher wisst ein absoluter „weiss“ Fan bin. Das Rezept der leckeren Möhrentorte folgt.

PAMK

Hallo meine Lieben,

ich habe zum ersten Mal bei PAMK mitgemacht und es hat riesig Spass gemacht! Ich habe kleine süße Haselnussgugl gebacken, die ich mit feiner weißer Schokolade und Pistazien verziert habe und noch schlichtes Spritzgebäck- dafür besonders fein!
Die Herzaufkleber, der süße Aufkleber „Sarah´s Backstube“ und die Gebäcktäschchen sind aus meinem Lieblingsshop: Casa di Falcone.

I have attended the first time at PAMK and it was a lot of fun! I have baked little gugls with hazelnuts and decorate them with white choclate and pistachios and also bakes spritz cookies. The sweet stickers and the lovely bags can you get at one of my favourite Shops: Casa di falcone.

Tini, the tree

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
kennt Ihr Tini, die Tanne? Das ist eine äußerst witzige Idee eine Tannebäumchen aus Kuchenteig zu zaubern. Die Form ist von Birkmann und man findet die passenden Rezepte auf dem Rückenteil der Verpackung. Die Tanne sieht nicht nur herrlich aus, sondern schmeckt auch noch köstlich!

Pear-Pie

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

entschuldigt, dass ich jetzt erst poste, aber mein Picasa Speicher war voll und ich konnte keine Bilder mehr hochladen. Da musste ich mich erstmal bei Mr. Google erkundigen, wie das geht… Ihr seht, ich habe es geschafft und jetzt gibt es den nächste Post.

6 Eier
1 Prise Salz
150 g weiche Butter
200 g Zucker
200 g Mehl
100 g gemahlene Mandeln
50 g Kakao
1 EL Backpulver
Belag

50 g Zucker

1 Päckchen Vanillezucker

1 kg kleine Birnen

Den Birnenkuchen bei 180 Grad 70 Minuten backen!

1kg little pears
You should bake it at 180 degree 70 minutes!
