Egg liqueur pie

What you need:
batter:
100 g chocolate
80 g butter
80 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
1 dash of salt
5 eggs
200 g hazelnuts
2 tablespoons rum
1 teaspoon baking powder
cream:
250 ml whipped cream
25 g hazelnuts
100 ml egg liqueur

Apple Pie

This is my favourite homemade apple pie. 
What you need: 
750 g apples
125 g margarine
125 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 dash of salt
3 eggs
200 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1- 2 spoons milk
In the  oven  you should bake this pie ca. 45 minutes at 180 degree.

Dessert

 
This is a simple, but very tasty dessert with whipped cream and natural yoghurt.
What you need:
500 g natural yoghurt
120 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
400 ml whipped cream
and
some raspberries for the decoration!
