Cupcakes III

Here are one of my selfmade chocolate cupcakes!

What you need:
100 g butter
150 g sugar
2 eggs
100 g fluor
0,5 teaspoon baking powder
0,25 teaspoon salt
75 g cocoa
130 ml milk
1 packet vanilla sugar
whipped cream for the topping
some flowers or strawberries for decoration
How to do:
Sieve flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Then mix butter, sugar and the vanilla sugar and put the eggs succesively into it. Then put the flour-mix and the milk alternatively into it. Put it in the little baking moulds and bake it at 175 degree celsius 25 minutes. Then whip the cream and put it on the cupcakes and decorate them with strawberries or other stuff. Enjoy!
Und so gehts:
Mehl und Kakao in eine Schüssel sieben, Backpulver und Salz hineinsieben. Butter, Zucker und Vanillezucker verrühren und einzeln die Eier hinzufügen. Die Mehlmischung und die Milch  einzeln unterrühren. Den Teig in den Förmchen verteilen. Bei 175 Grad Celsius die Cupcakes 25 Minuten backen.
Danach die Sahne steif schlagen, über die Cupcakes geben und etwas dekorieren.

Selfmade Vanilla Cupcakes


What you need

batter
125 g butter
125 g sugar 
2 eggs
200 g flour
50 g ground almonds
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons milk
cream

 200 ml whipped cream
50 g white chocolate
2 packets vanilla sugar
70 g creme fraiche
2 packets stabilizer for whipping cream
How to do

Mix the ingredients for the batter altogether and bake the cupcakes 20-25 minutes at 180 degree celsius (air circulation).
Then you have to mix the cream with the stabilizer for whipped cream and then fold in the other ingredients.
Put the cream with the decorating bag on the top of the cupcakes and adorn them with strawberries or other decorations.

2 tablespoons brittel chips
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
cream

 200 ml whipped cream
70 ml bailey´s liqueur
1 1/2 packet vanilla sugar
70 g creme fraiche
50 g brittel chips
2 packets stabilizer for whipping cream
How to do

Mix the ingredients for the batter altogether and bake the cupcakes 30 minutes at 175 degree celsius.
Then you have to mix the cream with the stabilizer for whipped cream and then fold in the other ingredients.
Put the cream with the decorating bag on the top of the cupcakes and adorn them with brittel chips or cherries.
Enjoy!
