Strawberrycream pie / Erdbeersahnetorte

Today I wanna show you a delicious recipe for a strawberrycream pie.
What you need:
1 sponge cake
500 g strawberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons lemon juice
6 tabelspoons water
9 sheets gelatin
300 ml whipped cream
1 packet whipping cream stiffener
1 packet vanilla sugar
pistachios
How to do:
Cut the strawberries into pieces and mix them with the sugar and blitz it.
Warm them up and put the in warm lemon juice liquidated gelatin in it. After this put the whipeed cream under it and put it altogehter it on the biskuit and decorate it with strawberries and pistachios.
Enjoy!
Und so gehts:
Für die Creme die Erdbeeren in Stücke schneiden, Zucker darüber streuen und mit dem Mixstab pürieren. Auf der Herdplatte etwas erwärmen. Die im heißen Zitronenwasser aufgelöste Gelatine in die warme Masse rühren. Bei Gelierbeginn die mit Sahnesteif und Vanillezucker steif geschlagene Sahne unterziehen und die Masse auf den Tortenboden geben und glatt streichen.
Am Ende mit Erdbeeren und Pistazien dekorieren.

Pink bracelet

I have seen this pink bracelet at the manjanahome shop. It looks so wonderful and so I´ve fallen in love with this bracelet. You can get it also in different colours like turquoise or purple.
The purple wooden heart, that you see on the second picture was a present for my order at manjanahome.

Donuts

Donuts are so delicious! I love them especially with chocolate!!

 You can see my new Starbucks cup. I think the design ís simply great. I love Starbucks so much. My favourite product is the caramel frappuccino. But  I also love the lovely cups with the special designs, which you can get in the several Starbucks cafes all around the world. Do you also collect Starbucks cups?

I bought the bag for the sweets, that looks like a newspaper in a really really awesome shop. You can find there sweet things for decorating and baking. I like this shop so much, because you can by there something special. The products are so lovely and it is always a special experience, when I bought something there. It is called the Backesshop. What you need:
3 eggs
260 g flour
130 g sugar
1 dash of salt
1 packet baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
5 tablespoons oil
1/4 l milk
chocolate
decoration
donutmaker
How to do:
Mix the ingredients altogether and put it in the pans of the donutmaker. Bake them 7 minutes and then decorate the donuts with chocolate or powdered sugar or other stuff
Und so gehts:
Alle Zutaten verrühren und den Teig in die Förmchen im Donutmaker füllen und ca. 7 Minuten im Donutmaker backen! Die Donuts mit Schokolade oder Puderzucker oder je nach Geschmack dekorieren!

Roses

Today I will show you some roses, that are growing n my garden.
The last is a rose, that smells so sweet like a parfum. In the middle you can see my dog! She plays all the time and hunts little mice.

Strawberry Pie

Here you can see my fresh selfamde strawberry pie
What you need:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons warm water
175 g sugar
1 dash of salt
75 g flour
75 g cornstarch
1 pinch baking powder
fresh strawberries
custard
pistachios
glaze
How to do:
Mix the yellow of the eggs, the warm water and the sugar until smoothy. Then mix flour, cornstarch, salt, the baking powder and fold it under the dough. At least fold the stiff egg white under it and bake it at 180 degree celsius 25 minutes. Then make a custard after the user manual. Put ist on the sponge cake and at least put the strawberries and the glaze on it and decorate it with pistachios. Enjoy!
Und so gehts:
Die Eigelbe, das Wasser und den Zucker in eine Schüssel geben und auf höchster Stufe mit dem Mixer schaumig rühren. Das Mehl mit dem Salz, der Stärke und dem Backpulver mischen und nach und nach unter die Eigelbmasse heben. Das Eiweiß steif schlagen und ebenfalls unter die Masse ziehen.
Bei 180 Grad 25 Minuten backen. Danach Erdbeeren auf dem Biskuit verteilen und den Tortenguss darüber streichen und mit Pistazien dekorieren. Viel Spass!
