Fruit tartlets

Today I will show you some delicious fruit tartlets with yoghurt and fresh fruits.
 I have chosen some peaches and some blackberries.
You have to make a sponge mixture and cut circles out of it. Put on the little tartelets some yoghurt and fresh fruits, glaze and some almonds for decorations.
So you have a fresh and delicious summer dessert!

I want to show you my new BB Collection Top. I bough it in Palma in a Shop called bossa. I´m falling in love with this lovely shirt.
Brigitte Bardot is a really amazing woman and her Collection has got wondeful pieces.

Gugelhupf

 
Sorry for my absence. I was for a week on vacation in Spain!
 
So here I am with a new recipe:
 
What you need:
 
500 g fluor
 
200 g butter
 
100 g sugar
 
2 eggs
 
2 teaspoons salt
 
 1/2 cube yeast
 
200 ml milk
 
50 g raisins 
 
How to do:
 
You have to make with all the ingredients a yeast dough and put the raisins into it.
Bake the Gugelhupf at 170 degree celsius 25 minutes.

Stylish waffles

What you need:
250 g fluor
125 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
125 g butter
3 eggs
250 ml milk
1 packet baking powder
1 little bit of rum
powdered sugar
How to do:
Mix all the ingredients together, bake it in the waffle iron and put powdered sugar over it!
Enjoy!

Pink lemonade

Sorry, for my absence, but I was in Hamburg for a weekend trip.
So here I am and  I want to show you the delicious recipe of the pink lemonade. This recip is created by Peggy Porschen and I love this drink so much!
What you need

100 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
100 g caster sugar
500 ml water
60 ml cranberry and raspberry juice
ice cubes and lemon slices, to serve

Lemon Cake

Little lemon cake for summer days!
What you need
60 g butter
60 g icing sugar
1 egg
60 g flour
some lemon juice
baking pan with little flowers
How to do
Mix the ingredients together and put the dough in the baking pan. Bake it at 170 degree celsius 25 minutes.
