Louis Vuitton III

This Louis Vuitton bag is my favourite one. You can wear it for lunch or dinner or you can wear it just for fun. This bag is small indeed, but big enough for my wallet, key and my lipgloss.
Especially I love the golden plate in he middle of the bag.

For a couple of days I pimped up my old bike. I painted it turquoise and ordered a new brown saddle and a sweet basket. So it looks like a quite new bike.

Cookies

It is Sunday, the sun is shining. I think summer is coming here in Germany…
Today I will show you a recipe, that I have tried for the first time.  I love to eat chocolate cookies, when I´m on vacation in the USA. Here is a original American Chocolate Cookie recipe.
What you need
 230 g butter
180 g brown sugar
180 g white sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
2 eggs
450 g flour
1,5 teaspoons baking powder
0,5 teaspoons salt
200 g chocolate chips
How to do
Mix the butter with the brown and white sugar and the vanilla sugar. Then put the eggs and at least the  put  the flour (mixed with the baking powder and the salt) into it.  After this fold in the chocolate chips and form little balls, flatten them and put it on the baking plate. Bake it at 170 degree celsius (air circulation) 15 minutes. Done!
Und so gehts:
Butter mit dem braunen und weißen Zucker und dem Vanille Zucker flockig schlagen und Eier unterrühren. Das Mehl mit dem Salz und dem Backpulver mischen und ebenfalls unterrühren. Anschließend die Choclate Chipss darunter ziehen. Das ganze bei 170 Grad Celsius bei Umluft 15 Minuten backen! Fertig!

Rhubarb Pie

At the weekend I have bake my first rhubarb pie. The rhubarb is growing in my own kitchen garden.
What you need:
250 g butter
250 g sugar
250 g flour
2 packets vanilla sugar
1 packet baking powder
2 eggs
4 yellow of the eggs
4 egg whites
500 g rhubarb
250 g sugar
How to do:
You should wash and cut the rhubarb into pieces.
Then mix the ingredients except the egg whites and 250 g sugar altogehter and put the dough in a baking form. Before baking put the pieces of the hubarb onto it.  Bake it at 180 degree celsius 60 minutes.
Then beat the egg white until stiff and put it over the baked pie. Then bake it again at 160 degree celsius 20 minutes. Done!
Und so gehts:

Den Rhabarber waschen, schälen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Beiseitestellen.

Butter, 250 g Zucker, Mehl, Vanillinzucker, Backpulver, die zwei Eier und die vier Eigelbe zu einem Teig verrühren. Diesen dann auf ein gefettetes Backblech geben und den Rhabarber darauf verteilen. Bei 180°C ca. 60 Minuten backen.

Dann die Eiweiße zu Eischnee schlagen und den restlichen Zucker dabei nach und nach einrieseln lassen. Wenn der Kuchen fertig ist, wird der Eischnee auf dem heißen Kuchen, gut verteilt. Den Kuchen dann noch mal bei 160°C ca. 20 Minuten backen. Fertig!
