Stirred cake



Today it was time for a stirred cake with selfmade strawberry marmelade….

What you need
First of all you have to bake a normal stirred cake:
Stirred cake
4 eggs
250 g butter
250 g sugar
500 g flour
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet baking powder
1/8 l milk
Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and eggs until it is smoothy and then stir the flour with the baking powder and the milk in it . Bake the stirred cake 1 hour at 180 degree celsius.

Cake Pops

It is Sunday, the sun is shining and it is time for selfmade Cakepops!
What you need
First of all you have to bake a normal stirred cake:

Frosting

115 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
250 g cream cheese
white chocolate
some decoration
How to do
Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Then crumble the interior of the stirred cake and mix the frosting into it. Make little bowls and put them on the handle. Melt the chocolate and put the bowls into it. Decorate the lollies to your choice! Enjoy!
Und so gehts
Butter, Frischkäse und Puderzucker mit dem Handrührgerät verrühren. Schneide danach die Ränder bei dem Rührteigkuchen ab und zerbrösele ihn. Das Frosting untermischen bis eine klebrige Masse entsteht. Daraus Kugeln formen und diese auf die Lollistile setzen. Anschließend die weisse Schokolade schmelzen und die Kugeln eintauchen und nach Geschmack verzieren.

At this wonderful place I bought my golden Ray Ban sunglasses last year.
This Ray Ban model is still my favourite one.

Cream Puffs

Today it was time for selfmade mini cream puffs with chocolate. So here is the result:
What you need

250 g water
60 g butter
150 g flour
4 eggs
1 chocolate pudding pulver
 chocolate frosting
pistachios
How to do
Boil water and butter up and put flour into it until it looks like a ball. Put successively the eggs into the batter and stir it until it is smooth. Then make little balls on the baking plate and bake it 10-15 minutes at 200 degree celsius.
Let the puffs cool and then make the chocolate pudding like the instruction on the package. Put the pudding into the puffs and
then put chocolate or powdered sugar frosting and pistachios on it. Done!
Und so gehts
Butter und Wasser aufkochen und zusammen mit Mehl so lange abrösten bis die Masse einem Ball ähnelt. Danach die Eier nacheinander hinzufügen und glatt rühren. Danach kleine Häufchen auf das Backblech setzen und den die Windbeutel bei 200 Grade 10-15 Minuten im Backofen backen.
In der Zwischenzeit den Schokoladenpudding nach Packungsanleitung kochen und die Windbeutel damit füllen. Anschließend die Schokoglasur oder die Puderzuckerglasur und die Pistazien auf den Windbeuteln verteilen.  Fertig!
