Strawberry-Pie

Finally you can get fresh and delicious strawberries! So I have bake a strawberry-mascarpone-pie…
What you need

sponge cake

3 eggs
90 g sugar
90 g flour
1 packet vanilla sugar
cream
250 g chocolate
750 g strawberries
500 g mascarpone
250 g curd
1 packet vanilla sugar
100 g sugar
How to do

Mix 3 yellow of the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Then mix the egg white. Strain the flour and fold it in the    batter and then fold the egg white also in. Bake the biskuit at 180 degree celsius 10 – 12 minutes.
Then melt the chocolate put it on the biskuit and put the strawberries on it. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, mascarpone and the curd and put it on the strawberries. Decorate the pie with strawberries and chocolate. Done! 🙂
Und so gehts:
Rühre drei Eigelbe, Zucker und Vanilla Zucker schaumig. Schlage das Eiweiss steif. Dann das Mehl unter die Eimasse heben und danach das Eiweiss darunterziehen. Bei 180 Grad im Backofen 10 -12 Minuten backen.
Danach die Schokolade schmelzen und auf den Biskuitboden streichen und die Erdbeeren darauf setzen. Aus der Mascarpone, dem Quark, Zucker und Vanillezucker eine Creme rühren und über die Erdbeeren streichen. Mit Erdbeeren und Schokolade verzieren und fertig ist der Kuchen!

Design -“ East“

The „East“ is a design-hotel in Hamburg and is one of the most stylish and beautiful hotels I´ve ever seen in Germany. The hotel has a bar with delicious cocktails and in the „heart“ of the restaurant is a big Sushi-Bar. Everywhere are candles and specific desing-elements. You can also go there, when you just want to drink something and chill out.

Cupcakes II

Selfmade Vanilla Cupcakes


What you need

batter
125 g butter
125 g sugar 
2 eggs
200 g flour
50 g ground almonds
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons milk
cream

 200 ml whipped cream
50 g white chocolate
2 packets vanilla sugar
70 g creme fraiche
2 packets stabilizer for whipping cream
How to do

Mix the ingredients for the batter altogether and bake the cupcakes 20-25 minutes at 180 degree celsius (air circulation).
Then you have to mix the cream with the stabilizer for whipped cream and then fold in the other ingredients.
Put the cream with the decorating bag on the top of the cupcakes and adorn them with strawberries or other decorations.
